Key Responsibilities
- Identify the ideal job matches for participants and assist them in preparing for, gaining, and maintaining meaningful employment
- Build participants' confidence by recognizing their strengths and helping them overcome obstacles
- Design innovative strategies to address employment challenges, ensuring participants receive necessary support
- Advocate for inclusive hiring practices and workplace accommodations
- Celebrate every placement success with participants, recognizing both small and major achievements
- Forge and sustain partnerships with employers committed to diversity and inclusion, creating opportunities for all

Requirements
- Legal eligibility to work in Australia
- Possession of a valid driver's license and a comprehensively insured vehicle
- MyGovID at Standard level
- Willingness to undergo a National Police Check
- Ability to attain a Working with Children Check
- Availability to work full-time Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 5:00 pm
