About The Team
The IT Services and Support team ensures smooth, dependable technology operation throughout the company, providing frontline IT assistance, managing employee life-cycle processes, supporting meetings and events, overseeing vendors and assets, and continually refining systems and procedures to enhance the employee experience during growth.
Role Overview
As the senior onsite IT authority at the Dublin office, while also leading IT support for the EMEA region, you will balance hands-on support duties with regional coordination, operational leadership, and process optimization. Responsibilities encompass frontline support, onboarding and offboarding, audiovisual and event preparation, vendor and equipment management, workplace technology readiness, executive support, and creating scalable support workflows across locations and time zones.
This position requires working five days a week onsite in Dublin, offers relocation assistance to new hires, and demands a focus on customer service, technical expertise, and independent operation within a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Take full ownership of EMEA regional IT support, handling prioritization, escalation, systemic issue resolution, and continuous improvement.
- Lead coordination among EMEA offices to strengthen support coverage and ensure a consistent employee experience.
- Manage employee lifecycle IT operations, including device prep, account setup, access coordination, and day-one support.
- Provide AV and event support, ensuring reliability for conference rooms, executive meetings, and high-profile events.
- Oversee vendor relations and equipment management, including procurement, repairs, maintenance, and inventory tracking to maintain secure and scalable operations.
- Collaborate with Workplace Services, Security, and stakeholders to support office infrastructure growth and workplace technology readiness.
- Enhance support systems by identifying friction points, improving documentation, establishing repeatable workflows, and introducing automation and scalable improvements.
- Offer high-touch executive and critical stakeholder support as needed.
- Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical partners, align stakeholders, and lead initiatives without formal authority.
Preferred Qualifications
- Expertise in macOS with working familiarity of Windows, and experience with identity and device management tools like Azure AD, Jamf, and Intune.
- Hands-on knowledge with enterprise collaboration platforms such as Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Slack, and Atlassian tools.
- Experience setting up and troubleshooting AV and collaboration systems like Google Meet, Microsoft Teams, and Crestron in office/event settings.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly to varied audiences.
- Background in coordinating or leading support across multiple locations, stakeholder groups, or time zones.
- Proven track record in improving support operations via documentation, workflow design, automation, or scripting.
- Strong attention to detail in managing vendors, inventory, procurement, and IT workplace operations.
- Skilled in cross-functional project management, able to drive initiatives through influence and thorough execution.
- Customer-centric approach, sound judgment, and calmness under pressure in support scenarios.
- Enjoys mentoring junior staff, supporting executives, and scaling regional support practices.

Compensation and Location
This full-time role is based at the Dublin office requiring onsite presence five days per week. The salary range offered is between £108,000 and £145,000 annually. Relocation support is available for new hires.
