Responsibilities encompass planning, executing, and analyzing marketing initiatives, focusing especially on events, partner engagement, team coordination, and operational support.
Key Responsibilities

- Manage event logistics including coordinating with venues, handling suppliers, monitoring registrations, preparing event materials, supporting speakers, managing onsite needs, tracking budgets, and conducting post-event follow-ups.
- Provide onsite assistance during events to ensure smooth operations and a strong experience for customers, prospects, partners, sales, and internal stakeholders.
- Support internal communications related to EMEA marketing programs, including updates, briefing documents, sales enablement content, timelines, action tracking, and post-event summaries.
- Contribute to project management efforts by tracking timelines, responsibilities, deliverables, and dependencies across various marketing initiatives.
- Aid in marketing performance analysis by collecting, organizing, and reporting metrics such as registrations, attendance, engagement, pipeline influence, feedback, and follow-up actions.
- Support the EMEA Partner Marketing team with administration of marketing development funds, coordinating partner briefings, partner event assistance, and campaign tracking.
- Coordinate partner marketing activities by gathering requirements, managing timelines, supporting approval processes, tracking deliverables, and ensuring alignment with agreed plans.
- Suggest and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and consistency within the EMEA Marketing team across regions.
- Collaborate with global marketing, regional sales, partner teams, solution engineering, and external vendors to ensure high-quality execution of campaigns and events.
Candidate Profile
- Fluent in French and English with professional communication skills in both languages.
- Some marketing exposure through academic studies, internships, prior work placements, agency experience, or previous marketing roles.
- Strong organizational aptitude and proven project management skills capable of handling multiple deadlines and stakeholders simultaneously.
- Exceptional attention to detail in areas including event logistics, timelines, budget monitoring, reporting, and internal communication.
- Excellent written and verbal communication ability, comfortable preparing clear updates, briefing notes, summaries, and stakeholder messages.
- Proactive, hands-on, and eager to contribute to both strategic projects and practical tasks.
- Interest in B2B marketing, technology, cybersecurity, partner marketing, or field marketing areas.
- Ability to collaborate effectively across diverse teams, countries, functions, and time zones.
- Experience supporting events, webinars, partner campaigns, or sales-focused marketing is advantageous.
- Possession of a bachelor's degree or comparable experience.
