E-Commerce Project Manager (m/f/d) – 100% Remote Full-Time

Role Overview

As an E-Commerce Project Manager at KF Brands under the TRETMANN label, you will ensure that our online shop, agencies, and all stakeholders deliver precise outputs on schedule. Your affinity for organization, deadline adherence, and data-driven decisions will be crucial.

About Us

KF Brands develops and markets sports equipment, including rowing machines and pedal trainers, primarily focused on the DACH region through Amazon and our own Shopify platform. Our team operates remotely across five countries.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and oversee e-commerce projects with thorough documentation, clear task lists, and feasible timelines.
• Provide detailed briefs to agencies ensuring strict compliance with our corporate identity and quality standards.
• Utilize AI and cloud tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, and Figma Make to design landing page concepts and deliver precise templates to developers.
• Manage minor Shopify updates including content, product and collection maintenance, and simple theme adjustments; delegate complex tasks to developers.
• Serve as the main contact for agencies and external collaborators, managing briefings, schedules, feedback, and approvals.
• Continuously monitor key performance indicators like revenue, sessions, conversion rates, and funnel performance, proactively addressing anomalies.
• Drive conversion optimization efforts encompassing hypothesis creation, prioritization, implementation, and analysis.
• Provide honest, concise status and risk reports regularly.

Qualifications

• Minimum of six months’ experience working in an agency or with a direct-to-consumer brand is mandatory.
• Demonstrate structured, dependable work habits even while managing multiple projects.
• Exhibit clear verbal and written communication skills.
• Able to articulate requirements clearly, prioritize effectively, and coordinate tasks without directly handling every detail.
• Strong understanding of KPIs to identify irregularities and translate them into actionable tasks.
• Native-level fluency in German and sufficient English proficiency for email correspondence and tool usage.
