E-Commerce Executive

About the Role

AJP Impex Private Limited is seeking an E-Commerce Executive to handle vendor relations, procurement processes, and inventory management to ensure product availability on various e-commerce platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee vendor communications and coordinate to procure products effectively.
• Create, manage, and track purchase orders diligently.
• Follow up on outstanding orders to guarantee timely receipt of goods.
• Monitor inventory levels to plan for stock replenishment proactively.
• Maintain detailed records of vendors, invoices, and purchase documentation.
• Collaborate closely with warehouse and operations teams to streamline processes.
• Ensure consistent availability of products on all e-commerce channels.

Requirements and Qualifications

• Graduated in any field of study.
• Between 1 to 3 years of professional experience in e-commerce, procurement, or vendor management roles.
• Sound understanding of purchase order management and inventory control systems.
• Proficient in MS Excel and experienced with ERP software applications.
• Excellent communication abilities and strong coordination skills.
