Job description
Role Overview
We are looking for an Online Sales Executive to efficiently handle digital customer inquiries, showcase our exquisite gemstone and diamond jewellery collections through digital platforms, and successfully convert leads into sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond promptly to customer leads and queries received via WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook, and the official website.
- Demonstrate product offerings using video calls, images, and voice notes to help customers make informed decisions.
- Conduct follow-ups on pending inquiries and tailor custom jewellery requests.
- Provide detailed information about diamonds and gemstones to educate customers during the buying process.
- Collaborate with the packing and dispatch teams to guarantee timely and flawless order fulfillment.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Possess at least one year of experience in E-Commerce Sales, Social Media Sales, Tele-sales, or Retail environments.
- Prior exposure to the jewellery industry is advantageous but not required.
- Proficient with WhatsApp Business and managing Instagram direct messages.
- Basic computer literacy, including Excel skills.
- Strong customer service orientation with excellent communication abilities.
