Key Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate assignments for travel buses and drivers
• Create and optimize duty and deployment schedules while adhering to legal regulations
• Monitor the punctual completion of trips and assignments
• Maintain communication with drivers, clients, and external partners
• Handle last-minute changes and special requests
• Arrange for workshop appointments and initiate necessary vehicle inspections and controls
• Ensure cost-effective and efficient use of resources

Candidate Profile

• Experience in dispatching, preferably within transport, logistics, or passenger services
• Excellent written and spoken German skills plus good command of English
• Strong organizational ability and capacity to maintain oversight in stressful situations
• Proficiency in MS Office; experience with dispatch software is advantageous
• Strong communication, teamwork skills, and a solution-focused work approach
• Flexibility and willingness for telephone on-call duties outside regular office hours
