Role Overview
As a Dispatch Operative, you will play an important part in the dispatch team by making sure printed products are prepared, packed, and sent out accurately, efficiently, and on schedule. The role calls for someone who is well organised, detail-focused, and comfortable working in a busy production setting.
Working Pattern and Pay
This is a 4-day working week, from Monday to Thursday, with hours from 10:00pm to 8:00am. The starting wage is £25,000.
Responsibilities
Your main tasks will be to maintain product quality during the final stages of production, manage packing and matching of printed items, and support accurate dispatch of customer orders.
Requirements and Additional Information
The role requires previous experience in packing operations, ideally within a print dispatch environment. You should have strong organisational skills, excellent attention to detail, good communication ability, and some familiarity with packing methods. The job also requires problem-solving skills, flexibility to respond to changing production needs, and the willingness to work occasional weekends or overtime if needed. Because the work is physically active, you must be in good physical condition and able to lift up to 25kg.
