About the Role
Seekr is looking for a dynamic Director or Senior Director to lead its channel and strategic partnership initiatives within the U.S. public sector. This individual will spearhead the development and scaling of a federal partner ecosystem designed to accelerate revenue, increase bid activity on significant federal projects, and strengthen Seekr's position in key government programs and contract frameworks.
Key Responsibilities
- Formulate and implement Seekr's federal partnership, channel, and alliance strategies across Defense, Intelligence, Civilian, and Homeland Security sectors.
- Create partner-driven pipelines and revenue streams aligned with federal growth goals.
- Identify and prioritize strategic collaborations that correspond with critical federal AI, cybersecurity, and modernization efforts.
- Lead co-selling initiatives with major federal systems integrators, cloud service providers, and technology vendors focused on government markets.
- Develop joint account plans and opportunity growth processes with strategic partners.
- Support expansion activities into significant federal contract vehicles such as IDIQs, GWACs, OTAs, and BPAs.
- Enhance bid speed and success rates on major federal opportunities by coordinating strategic teaming and alliance engagement.
- Recruit and onboard partners that advance Seekr’s competitiveness in federal pursuits.
- Collaborate on capture strategies across DoD, IC, DHS, and Civilian agencies and engage with capture managers early during procurement cycles.
- Establish repeatable partner engagement frameworks to increase proposal responsiveness and scalability.
- Stay abreast of evolving federal acquisition trends, AI priorities, and market competition.
- Recruit high-value partners within the Greater Washington, DC area and the larger federal landscape.
- Forge relationships with executives, alliance leaders, capture teams, and partner sales units.
- Design and manage a scalable partner program encompassing onboarding, enablement, certifications, and field collaboration.
- Create operational processes for partner performance monitoring, pipeline tracking, and coordinating co-selling activities.
- Represent Seekr in industry forums, partner conventions, federal conferences, and ecosystem events with a mission focus.
- Lead enablement initiatives ensuring partners can effectively communicate Seekr’s AI platform and solutions.
- Develop partner-oriented messaging, solution pitches, sales strategies, and materials for competitive differentiation.
- Organize technical and sales training for partners to align them with Seekr’s value propositions related to federal use cases.
Qualifications
- Must be eligible for U.S. Security Clearance; active Top Secret clearance is advantageous.
- At least 10 years of experience in federal partnerships, alliances, channel sales, capture, or business development.
- Proven track record of building strategic federal partnerships in the U.S. public sector.
- Strong connections within the Washington, DC federal technology ecosystem.
- Experience collaborating with federal integrators, defense contractors, OEMs, cloud providers, or government-tech organizations.
- Demonstrated ability to influence and support substantial federal contract bids and procurement strategies.
- Thorough knowledge of federal acquisition processes, teaming arrangements, and contracting environments.
- Experience in sectors like AI, cybersecurity, data, cloud computing, or emerging tech markets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills at the executive level.
- Aptitude for thriving in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
Preferred Experience
- Experience servicing DoD, Intelligence Community, DHS, or Federal Civilian agencies.
- Familiar with government contracting vehicles including OTAs, IDIQs, GWACs, and transition pathways such as SBIR/STTR.
- Existing strong relationships with leading federal integrators and mission-centric tech partners.
- Proven success in launching or expanding partner programs within emerging technology firms.
- Knowledge of AI infrastructure, trustworthy AI, large language models (LLM) ecosystems, or mission-critical AI workloads.
