Role Overview
Visa is building a new Digital Sales hub in the region and is looking for strategic, creative, and motivated professionals to join the team. Digital Sales sits at the center of Visa’s commercial organization and helps deepen client relationships while supporting business growth through technology-driven selling and data-led solutions.
The role is designed for someone who can manage a large territory of long-tail Tier 3 accounts end to end, own the full sales cycle, and drive upsell and cross-sell opportunities across Visa’s products and solutions through a mix of virtual engagement and digital touchpoints.

Responsibilities
- Own and grow relationships across a broad portfolio of long-tail Tier 3 accounts, managing the complete sales journey.
- Use knowledge of Visa products and solutions to help clients achieve business goals, solve challenges, and meet revenue targets.
- Handle existing accounts, spot new opportunities, maintain account plans, and create presentation materials suitable for different stakeholder levels.
- Forecast sales activity and manage the sales process from first contact through procurement, while keeping sales tools properly updated.
- Join client conversations and present ideas through phone, video meetings, digital whiteboards, and webcasts.
- Stay current on industry trends and government regulations that may affect the assigned territory.
- Work closely with the digital sales team to shape new business approaches and tactics.
- Take part in ongoing digital sales training and capability building.
Requirements
- 1 to 5+ years of relevant B2B sales experience in technology, SaaS, fintech, or a related field, preferably in a quota-carrying, client-facing role.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- Strong English communication skills, both spoken and written.
- Additional fluency in one or more regional languages such as Hindi, Bengali, or Khmer is strongly preferred for APAC client coverage.
- Experience with full-cycle selling, including prospecting, discovery, solution presentation, deal handling, and closing.
- Working knowledge of digital sales platforms and CRM tools such as Microsoft Dynamics or Salesforce.
- Ability to manage pipeline data, track sales activity, and keep account information accurate.
- Clear and concise communication style with the ability to explain basic ideas and share account information effectively.
- Familiarity with payments, fintech, or financial services, including client operating models, regulatory factors, and digital commerce trends.
Work Arrangement
This is a full-time position based in Singapore and requires onsite work five days per week. Visa also notes an office presence expectation of at least three days a week, with the exact schedule to be confirmed by the hiring manager.
