About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Engage with various stakeholders to determine project requirements and formulate sourcing strategies aligned with timelines and budget constraints.
- Manage the complete procurement lifecycle for digital products and services, including sourcing and monitoring supplier performance.
- Contribute to contract administration, ensuring compliance and readiness for audits.
- Leverage accumulated expertise to offer procurement guidance and assist project teams with procedural inquiries.
- Collaborate with central procurement to enhance procurement policies, processes, and governance for greater efficiency and effectiveness.
- Utilize digital procurement platforms and tools to optimize workflows and improve productivity.
Candidate Requirements
- Possess a diploma in any field of study.
- Exhibit strong communication skills and the ability to work both solo and within teams.
- Demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills to effectively interact with cross-functional teams and external vendors.
