Digital Communications Specialist

About the Role

We are seeking a diligent and proactive Digital Communications Specialist passionate about managing digital content and platforms. This role involves overseeing the corporate website, intranet, and social media channels to guarantee engaging, consistent, and professional communication in line with the company's branding and messaging.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and update the company’s corporate website and internal intranet portal.
• Administer and oversee all company social media accounts.
• Create, plan, and distribute digital content across various platforms.
• Work collaboratively with internal departments to gather, review, and publish approved content.
• Ensure all digital content complies with brand guidelines and communication policies.
• Track social media engagement metrics and respond when necessary.
• Assist in preparing internal communications and corporate announcements.
• Partner with the Marketing Communications team on campaigns and initiatives.
• Keep current on digital communication innovations and best industry practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or related fields.
• Demonstrable experience in digital communications or content management roles.
• Strong bilingual communication proficiency in Arabic and English, both written and spoken.
• Hands-on experience managing websites and familiarity with Content Management Systems, including SharePoint and Umbraco CMS preferred.
• Excellent organizational skills and capacity to prioritize multiple tasks effectively.
• Experience working with social media management tools.
• Basic skills in graphic design or content creation are advantageous.
