About the Role

The business is seeking a digitally minded and commercially focused Digital & Ecommerce Manager to take charge of its digital presence and strengthen the online customer journey across every touchpoint.

Working closely with the Digital & Design Director, you will help steer ecommerce growth, coordinate with agency partners, and present world-class brands effectively online. Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will manage the performance and day-to-day operation of the website and ecommerce platform, ensuring each customer interaction reflects the standards of quality, craftsmanship, and service associated with Partridge.

You will support the creation of compelling digital experiences for product launches, supplier collaborations, campaign content, and merchandising initiatives that drive customer interest and sales.

The role involves working with web developers, media partners, photographers, and global luxury brands to deliver strong digital outcomes across channels.

You will also help improve online performance through SEO, paid media, email marketing, and website optimisation, using insights and data to lift traffic, engagement, and conversion rates.

In addition, you will lead or contribute to digital projects such as new website features, customer journey improvements, and campaign launches that influence the future direction of the online business.

About You

You are naturally curious about digital trends, enthusiastic about building excellent customer experiences, and motivated by the opportunity to work with premium brands.

  • You have at least 3 years of experience in digital marketing, ecommerce, or content-related roles, either in an agency or in-house setting.
  • You understand key digital tools and platforms such as Magento 2, Klaviyo or a similar email service platform, Google Analytics, Meta Business Manager, and Storyblok or a comparable CMS.
  • You bring strong written and visual communication skills, along with a keen eye for detail and brand consistency.
  • Experience with Adobe Creative Suite or Figma would be an advantage.
  • You are familiar with Meta and Google advertising.
  • You work in an organised, proactive, and inquisitive way.
  • You collaborate well in multidisciplinary teams and contribute positively to shared goals.
  • You are comfortable managing several tasks and deadlines at once.
