Key Responsibilities
- Assist in analyzing external requirements for mechatronic assemblies such as optic steering units and rudder control systems.
- Support the design process of mechatronic assemblies utilizing advanced simulation tools.
- Design and implement controllers for mechatronic systems.
- Participate in the development of signal and power electronics, including component selection, schematic creation, and defining layout specifications.
- Develop embedded software and firmware for mechatronic assemblies.
- Integrate, commission, and test mechatronic assemblies, including verification during integration into higher-level assemblies.
- Contribute to the development of test and calibration equipment for mechatronic assemblies.
- Prepare development documentation and study reports, and present development results to internal and external stakeholders.
Candidate Profile
- Completed degree in Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering, or a related field, or an equivalent vocational qualification with substantial additional training.
- Practical knowledge in constructing electromechanical assemblies.
- Solid expertise in electromechanical drive systems.
- Technical proficiency with signal and power electronics.
- Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
- Independent work approach, analytical thinking, and conceptual capabilities.
- High sense of responsibility.
- Willingness to travel for business domestically and internationally.
