Role Overview and Responsibilities

The role requires a professional with substantial technical proficiency in resolving Windows system issues and troubleshooting hardware including desktops, laptops, and printers. Experience in configuring Office 365 and managing email setups is essential. Candidates should also possess foundational Level 1 networking skills. This position especially caters to IT support within plant or manufacturing settings, supporting environment-specific IT operations.
