About the Role
Kotak Mahindra Bank Ltd. is seeking candidates for the role of Outbound Tele-Sales Officer (OCC) graded as Assistant Manager M-1 / Deputy Manager M-2 based in Thane-West, Maharashtra. The position involves proactive outbound sales calls and regular engagement with customers to drive business growth through various banking products.
Primary Responsibilities
- Engage continuously with assigned customer portfolios following the bank's contact policies, ensuring all interactions are recorded accurately.
- Conduct outbound sales calls to promote and cross-sell a range of banking products, aligning with customer needs.
- Generate business and revenue targets monthly by selling products including CASA accounts, Life and General Insurance, loans, credit cards, mutual funds, and Demat & trading accounts.
- Handle calls adhering to set standards, ensuring prompt and precise resolution of customer queries.
- Promote digital banking services to enhance customer experience.
- Maintain high-quality communication and customer service while meeting productivity and service benchmarks.
- Regularly interact with customers to proactively assess and address their financial requirements.
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum 1 to 5 years of experience in banking sales, telesales, outbound sales, or related fields is preferred; candidates from other sales backgrounds are also encouraged to apply.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential.
- Male and female candidates aged between 20 and 32 years are eligible.
- Minimum education requirement is a graduate degree in any discipline; postgraduate or MBA qualifications are also acceptable.
Work Conditions and Benefits
- Five-day workweek with two weekly off days: fixed Sunday off plus an additional weekday or Saturday off.
- Shift timings are fixed day shifts from 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM.
- Annual salary package ranging from INR 350,000 to INR 450,000, supplemented by performance-based incentives.
- Additional benefits include Provident Fund, gratuity, medical insurance, and other insurance cover as per company policy.
