Key Duties

• Safely loading, transporting, and delivering products to customers or businesses within scheduled timeframes.
• Verifying order accuracy before and after delivery to ensure completeness, correct billing, and customer satisfaction.
• Helping with the loading and unloading of goods from the delivery vehicle.
• Offering excellent customer support by responding to inquiries and managing complaints professionally.
• Following prescribed routes and maintaining timely delivery schedules.
• Complying with all transportation regulations and preserving a safe driving history.
• Preparing necessary documentation and reports related to delivery activities.

Candidate Requirements

• Possess a friendly, patient demeanor suited for customer interactions.
• Capable of performing physically demanding tasks inherent to the role.
• Proficient in using simple mobile technology.
• Hold a valid Singapore Class 3 driving license; the delivery vehicle is supplied by the company.
