Role Overview

At GSF Car Parts, Delivery Drivers serve as essential representatives, delivering automotive parts and exemplifying superior customer service. They play a vital role in guaranteeing prompt deliveries and relaying customer feedback to uphold our service standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Transport and deliver products to customer locations within a 40-mile radius.
• Maintain exceptional customer service consistently during deliveries.
• Relay relevant customer and competitor observations back to the branch team.
• Properly load vehicles following established procedures.
• Manage collection of customer returns when necessary.
• Conduct daily vehicle maintenance checks.
• Provide assistance in the warehouse as required.
• Support inter-branch transfer deliveries when needed.

Working Hours

Average 41 hours per week, Monday through Friday, with alternate Saturdays included.

Candidate Profile

• Possess a full UK Driving Licence with no more than six penalty points.
• At least three years' driving experience.
• Strong familiarity with the local 40-mile delivery area around the branch.
• Prior experience working as a delivery driver.
• Commitment to delivering high standards of customer service.
• Ability to meet deadlines and demonstrate punctuality.
• Customer-centric attitude, motivated to exceed expectations.
