Key Responsibilities
- Plan and optimize routes to maximize delivery efficiency.
- Confirm delivery details and obtain required signatures upon delivery completion.
- Deliver outstanding customer service by promptly and professionally handling questions or concerns.
- Follow all applicable traffic laws and adhere strictly to company safety guidelines.
- Assist management with additional responsibilities as needed.
Qualifications and Skills
- Possession of a valid driver’s license and a clean driving history.
- Excellent skills in managing time and keeping organized.
- Strong navigation capabilities, proficient with GPS systems.
- Physically capable of lifting items up to 50 pounds.
- Exceptional customer service aptitude with a friendly and professional attitude.
- Ability to work autonomously and manage time efficiently.
- Good knowledge of local roads and traffic conditions in Brookhaven; familiarity with the area is advantageous.
