Role Overview

The position entails collaborating on operational workflows such as facility data aggregation, production system integration, and onboarding clients. Primary Responsibilities

  • Create process maps, exception handling logic, and handoff documentation usable after the placement.
  • Develop automation workflows utilizing Azure native tools, scripting, and approved AI technologies.
  • Extract key data from various sources, automate ticket handling, classify incoming work, and generate actionable summaries.
  • Implement multi-step agentic AI workflow patterns including intake, classification, data lookup, exception routing, escalation, and status reporting.
  • Design AI assistants and knowledge search tools to enhance accessibility and reuse of procedures and documentation.
  • Assist in creating data quality monitoring tools for issues like missing data, delays, communication failures, and recurring exceptions.
  • Support the generation of alerts, exception reports, and dashboards to improve operational visibility.
  • Execute projects from a prioritized backlog focused on AI, automation, and data services improvements with clear goals and success criteria.
  • Prepare demos, detailed documentation, and recommendations for ongoing enhancement of solutions.
  • Collaborate with Data Services, Business Development, Software, IT, and operational teams via meetings, progress updates, and presentations.
  • Report risks, assumptions, blockers, and decisions early, especially when automation risks data quality or customer commitments.

Required Skills and Qualifications
