About TalentPop App and the Role
TalentPop App invites meticulous and motivated individuals to join as a Data Entry & Reporting Associate. This position plays a critical role in organizing essential data and turning it into insightful reports that drive smart decision-making within our remote-first, fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Precisely entering and updating data across multiple internal platforms ensuring consistency.
- Validating and cleansing data to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Creating reports via spreadsheets or dashboard tools to reveal trends and key metrics.
- Collaborating with teams by providing timely and accurate data support.
- Enhancing and streamlining data processing workflows and documentation.
- Maintaining strict confidentiality with all sensitive information handled.
Candidate Profile and Requirements
- At least one year of experience in data entry, reporting, or administrative roles.
- Skilled in Excel or Google Sheets, including formulas, pivot tables, and chart creation.
- Strong organizational abilities paired with great attention to detail.
- Analytical thinking with an aptitude for interpreting data and identifying patterns.
- Effective communication skills and self-motivated work approach suitable for remote work.
Technical Prerequisites
- Own a PC or laptop with adequate processing capabilities.
