Overview
As a Data Analyst at Micro1 in California, you will leverage your expertise to contribute to the training of next-generation AI systems. This position focuses on providing high-quality, real-world data input that influences how AI models learn, reason, and perform. Prior AI experience is not necessary; your domain knowledge and analytical skills are the primary assets.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive data analysis using Microsoft Excel to generate actionable insights supporting cross-team decisions.
- Work in close coordination with stakeholders to gather and translate data requirements into impactful analyses.
- Ensure data accuracy by cleaning, reviewing, and validating datasets for consistency and integrity.
- Create clear reports and visual representations of data to effectively communicate findings to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Detect patterns, irregularities, and opportunities within complex datasets that aid strategic projects.
- Maintain detailed documentation of methodologies, findings, and recommended actions.
- Apply your expertise to improve data-backed decision-making processes within client teams.
Required Qualifications
- Demonstrated professional experience conducting data analysis primarily using Microsoft Excel in a business setting.
