About the Company and Role

This opportunity is with a highly reputed Indian bank for fresh graduate candidates seeking an on-roll position. The designation is Intern/Trainee within the captive contact centre of a premium bank. Successful candidates will join a structured environment offering a full-time position with performance-based incentives.

Job Responsibilities

• Assist customers by addressing and resolving their inquiries and concerns related to banking services.
• Provide detailed account information and support customers through various banking transactions via telephone.
• Promote, cross-sell, and upsell banking products to customers during calls as a mandatory part of the role.

Required Qualifications and Criteria

• Must hold a Graduation degree with the original certificate available for verification.
• A minimum CIBIL credit score of 700 is mandatory.
• Applicants should be no older than 35 years of age.
• Exceptional verbal communication skills and effective listening abilities are required.
• Preferably have prior experience in customer service, especially within the financial sector.
• Capable of managing high call volumes efficiently while maintaining professionalism and service quality.

Employment Details

• Monthly stipend ranges from INR 12,000 to INR 18,500 with a base of INR 16,500 for freshers plus performance-based incentives.
• Work schedules differ by gender: Females work a shift between 7:00 AM and 7:00 PM (8.5-hour shift); males can work either 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM or 2:30 PM to 11:00 PM.
• Employees work six days per week with one rotational weekly off.
