Role Summary

We are seeking a Customer Success Manager to oversee retention and value delivery for a specific segment of our Subbie customers. This role involves strategically managing key accounts, facilitating customer success, and collaborating within the team to maximize customer satisfaction and business growth.

Key Responsibilities and Skills

  • Drive customer retention efforts and ensure customers achieve the highest value from E1's platform.
  • Oversee a portfolio of high-value customer accounts, prioritizing support alongside general management.
  • Lead and manage annual pricing revisions and navigate complex commercial discussions with confidence.
  • Identify opportunities for expansion and smoothly coordinate with sales colleagues to close deals.
  • Manage the end-to-end customer relationship starting from pre-sale interactions for high-value agreements.
