Job Overview
We are seeking Customer Service Executives to interact with international clients and contribute to sales growth by promoting insurance products. This role involves providing excellent customer service, addressing inquiries, and maintaining client relationships to deliver a superior customer experience.
Core Responsibilities
- Engage with international customers via telephone, email, and chat platforms.
- Clearly communicate insurance products and services.
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets to help drive revenue.
- Perform persistent follow-ups to secure customer satisfaction.
- Manage objections and resolve client concerns effectively.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers.
Candidate Requirements
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Excellent negotiation and ability to handle objections confidently.
- Basic computer proficiency.
- Open to fresh graduates and candidates with up to 5 years of experience.
- Must hold a graduation degree.
Additional Details & Terms
- Location: Gurugram, India
- Working Days: 6 days per week with 1 roster off
- Shift: Full day (Day shift)
- Interview Process: Face-to-face only; virtual interviews are not conducted.
- Compensation: Annual CTC ranging from 255000 to 400000 INR plus incentives
