About the Role

M/S Lotus Group is seeking a dedicated and customer-oriented Customer Relationship Officer based in Jabalpur, Madhya Pradesh. The selected candidate will be pivotal in establishing and nurturing strong connections with both current and prospective customers, contributing to business growth and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and sustain robust relationships with existing and new clients.
• Respond to customer queries through various channels including phone, email, WhatsApp, and face-to-face interactions.
• Address and resolve customer complaints efficiently and courteously.
• Accurately provide details regarding company offerings and services.
• Conduct follow-ups with customers to confirm satisfaction levels and obtain feedback.
• Keep customer data up to date within the CRM or relevant databases.
• Liaise with internal teams to ensure prompt handling of customer needs.
• Generate new sales leads by leveraging referrals and proactive follow-up efforts.
• Support new customer onboarding by clarifying company protocols and procedures.
• Create comprehensive reports on customer communications daily, weekly, and monthly.
• Achieve set goals related to customer retention and satisfaction.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing departments to aid promotional activities when needed.

Additional Information

Salary for this position ranges from ₹10,000 to ₹25,000 monthly.
