Role Overview

Join an innovative educational model that enables children to complete a full day of academic learning in just two focused hours, freeing up their days for creative and physical pursuits. As a key strategist for the 2-Hour Learning engine within Alpha Anywhere, you will drive forward its evolution by analyzing AI-generated student performance data to provide timely interventions that help learners achieve at least 90% mastery.

You'll engage directly with students during live coaching sessions to resolve challenges swiftly while mining extensive performance data to uncover insights and improve learning velocity with next-generation AI tools. Parents witness increased learner confidence while students accelerate their progress significantly.

Key Responsibilities

Generate accurate Academic Data Reports and evaluate data systematically to detect and resolve learning issues within 48 hours.
Lead rapid-response sessions to remove barriers and conduct coaching to distinguish between knowledge gaps and simple errors, maintaining student motivation.
Evaluate and assimilate new educational applications and content while prototyping AI and large language model (LLM) solutions to enhance learning strategies.
Work collaboratively with leadership teams to improve educational tools, performance dashboards, and mastery criteria as the AI tutor evolves.

What This Role Does Not Include

No participation in lengthy meetings or presentations lacking clear impact.
No responsibilities for conventional grading, lesson planning or delivering traditional educational programs—all learning is AI-driven and innovation-focused.
This is a hands-on, dynamic role involving active engagement and execution, not just high-level strategy or mundane tasks.

Basic Qualifications

Experience in data science, education, EdTech, or student support roles combining analytical and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency with Google Sheets, including lookups, pivot tables, and filtering functions.
Strong emotional intelligence, excellent communication skills, and a coaching approach suitable for children.
Experience developing workflows and automations using AI technology.
At least one year of direct experience working with students from kindergarten through 8th grade.
Availability to work core hours from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM Central Time, Monday through Friday.

Preferred Qualifications

Background in learning science or educational methodologies with proven success in data-driven improvement tactics.
Familiarity with generative AI tools, AI prompting techniques, and basic programming skills (e.g., Python, JavaScript) to interact with AI APIs.

Additional Information

This is a full-time, long-term position requiring a contractual engagement with Crossover as an independent contractor. The role pays $30 per hour, which totals approximately $60,000 annually assuming a 40-hour workweek for 50 weeks each year. Payments are disbursed weekly. The position is available immediately, and candidates should be ready to begin promptly.
