Role Overview

We seek a creative professional who values storytelling beyond traditional social media videos. This role involves recognizing captivating moments, asking insightful questions, and transforming filming days into weeks of impactful content. The work environment is dynamic, ranging from interviews with founders, students, creators, and industry leaders to filming across unique settings like live events, city parks, and corporate headquarters.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the full creative production cycle, identifying meaningful stories, shooting, and editing across platforms.
Collaborate with founders and the marketing team to develop original content series and document significant company moments.
Innovate content formats to expand Anyway’s reach to young audiences.
Develop scalable creative workflows, including production processes, AI-enhanced editing, content libraries, shot lists, interview frameworks, and templates to maximize content output.
Contribute proactively to the creative direction by generating ideas, spotting opportunities, and driving continuous improvement.

Content You Will Produce

Documentary-style stories featuring founders, students, and career explorations.
Podcasts, social media interview series, behind-the-scenes footage, event coverage, customer case studies, creator collaborations, and long-form YouTube documentaries.
Create content that builds an authentic, optimistic, and distinctive media brand for Anyway.

Candidate Profile

A masterful storyteller with strong videography skills.
Able to make interviewees feel at ease and adept at capturing natural conversations beyond rigid question lists.
Skilled at filming with limited equipment in varied and unpredictable settings and producing polished edits for social media.
Possesses a clear vision of narrative flow, pacing, hooks, and audience engagement during filming.
Inherently curious, attentive to details, and enjoys meeting diverse people.

Requirements

Several years of professional content creation experience with a compelling portfolio of human-centered stories.
Proficiency in independent shooting and editing of short and long-form content.
Deep understanding of platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.
Experience with editing software such as Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or Final Cut Pro is essential.
Familiarity with AI tools to streamline creative workflows is a plus.
Emphasis is placed on work quality and creative instincts rather than formal education or previous employers.

Within six weeks, helped launch and enhance original content series, developed scalable production systems, and created workflows that maximize content generation from major shoots.
Post-contract opportunities may include extended contracts or other employment roles at Anyway.
