Role Overview
The Corporate Secretarial Associate will contribute to client service delivery by providing corporate secretarial support and ensuring adherence to statutory and regulatory requirements.
Key Duties
- Support corporate secretarial functions for various clients.
- Assist with corporate secretarial assignments, including ACRA BizFile electronic stamping processes.
- Help manage applications related to employment passes and other passes.
- Conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) due diligence checks.
- Carry out miscellaneous secretarial administrative tasks as needed.
Candidate Profile
- Possesses a bachelor's degree in accountancy, business, legal studies, or a related field.
- Exhibits strong teamwork skills, proactive attitude, and excellent interpersonal communication.
- Demonstrates superior oral and written communication abilities.
- Detail-oriented, well-organized, and maintains a positive approach at work.
- Experience in corporate secretarial roles within professional services or outsourcing environments, across diverse industries, is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
