About the Location

AMAALA is located on Saudi Arabia’s northwestern coast and features a wide range of natural landscapes. Four Seasons Resort and Residences AMAALA at Triple Bay represents a new chapter in wellness-focused tourism. The development is planned to include 220 keys made up of rooms, suites, and villas with private pools, along with 26 branded residential villas designed to overlook the bay and sea.

The resort will also include a luxury spa set in a tranquil garden environment with a sculptured waterfall. The Organic Spa Garden will serve as a central wellness experience, offering therapies such as halotherapy, cryotherapy, and advanced skin treatments. Fitness offerings will include a collaboration with trainer Harley Pasternak, combining high-performance training with the terrain of Triple Bay’s 300 hectares of hills, wadis, and beaches. Guests and residents will also be able to enjoy guided hikes, mountain biking, equestrian trails, and a 27-hole oceanfront golf course.

Role Summary

As a Core Agent, you will manage guest reservations and support revenue and booking activities for the hotel. You will serve as an important contact for guests by delivering accurate information, smooth reservation handling, and a polished experience aligned with Four Seasons standards. The role calls for precision, strong communication, and a service-focused attitude.

Responsibilities

• Receive reservation requests by phone, email, and booking systems.
• Enter, update, and cancel reservations correctly in the property management system.
• Share accurate details on room categories, pricing, availability, and hotel facilities.
• Apply the correct rate codes, offers, and package rules in line with policy.
• Keep all guest and booking information complete, correct, and up to date.
• Work with Front Office, Revenue, and other teams whenever coordination is required.
• Reply to guest questions promptly and in line with service standards.
• Help support revenue performance through sound booking practices and upselling where appropriate.

Requirements

• Prior exposure to reservations, call center work, or front office operations is preferred.
• Careful attention to detail and the ability to manage several bookings accurately at once.
• Strong verbal and written communication, along with customer service ability.
• Comfort working in a busy, guest-facing environment.
• Professional phone manner and solid problem-solving skills.
• Good organization and time management.
• Willingness to work rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
• English fluency is mandatory, and Arabic language skills are required.
