Role Overview
This Contract Coordinator position is a contract role with a remote option, supporting comprehensive management of real estate contracts primarily in the Greater Orlando area. Responsibilities include reviewing purchase agreements and associated documents to ensure accuracy and adherence to compliance standards. The role also involves monitoring critical dates and contingencies, securing all necessary signatures and disclosures punctually, and maintaining up-to-date and organized digital records and systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Review and verify the accuracy and compliance of real estate contracts and related documentation.
- Track key contract dates and contingencies to ensure timely completion.
- Secure all required signatures and disclosures within established deadlines.
- Communicate regularly with internal teams, real estate agents, title companies, and customers to address contract issues, provide updates, and maintain documentation clarity.
- Maintain organized digital files and update contract management systems.
- Assist with process improvements to enhance consistency and efficiency in contract administration.
Qualifications and Skills
- Strong skills in contract administration and document management, particularly with real estate or legal contracts.
- Proficient in office software and customer relationship management (CRM) or contract management systems; quick to adapt to new technology and workflows.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities for interaction with cross-functional teams and external partners.
- Detail-oriented with excellent accuracy and effective time management to handle multiple deadlines in a dynamic setting.
- Prior experience in real estate, title, escrow, or related areas is preferred, with foundational knowledge of contract terms and procedures considered advantageous.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; preferably an associate or bachelor’s degree in business or a real estate license, or the ability to obtain one.
- Remote work option available or onsite in Tempe, AZ.
