Role Overview

We are seeking a passionate Content & Social Manager to join our Sales & Marketing team in London. This role involves managing social media channels for the hotel and restaurants by planning, scheduling, and publishing content, as well as engaging with the community to maintain a premium brand presence. You will develop integrated social media and content calendars aligned with marketing campaigns, seasonal events, and commercial priorities.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of hotel and restaurant social media platforms, ensuring a consistent and high-quality brand image.
• Create and implement comprehensive social media and content schedules that support key campaigns, partnerships, and commercial goals.
• Drive the hotel's digital storytelling through compelling content that boosts brand recognition, grows audiences, and underscores the luxury positioning of Mandarin Oriental Hyde Park.
• Coordinate content creation including photography, video, and short-form media, guaranteeing timely delivery and effective use across various channels such as social media, website, CRM, and campaigns.
• Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, PR, F&B, and operations teams to identify and develop storytelling opportunities that enhance outlet visibility and support guest acquisition and revenue growth.

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail, strong communication skills, and advanced copywriting and storytelling expertise. Experience within luxury hospitality, travel, fashion, lifestyle or cultural sectors is highly desirable, along with proficiency in leading photo/video shoots, managing content creators, and coordinating production.
