Concrete Labourer - Slipform Project in Pinjarra

Location and Project Details

This role is based in Pinjarra, Western Australia, operating on a Drive-In/Drive-Out basis from Maddington Yard. The position involves working on a slipform concrete project.

Work Schedule

The shift pattern consists of five days on and two days off, starting at 5:30 AM with shifts lasting approximately 10 or more hours.

Role Summary

We are looking for Concrete Labourers with proven experience, ideally with background in concreting and Tier 1 civil or infrastructure projects. Successful candidates will travel daily from the Maddington yard via DIDO.

Requirements

• Concrete labouring experience, preferably in Tier 1 civil infrastructure, is essential.
• Possession of a valid Construction Induction Card (White Card) is required.
• A capacity to pass a Laboratory Drug & Alcohol Screen is mandatory.

Compensation and Benefits

• Classification Level 1.2, adjusted based on experience.
• Base hourly rate of $40.28 for the first 45 hours weekly.
• Overtime pay of $60.41 per hour after 45 hours in the same week.
• A meal allowance of $20.06 for shifts exceeding ten hours.
