About the Company
Manav Solar Solution is an expanding solar energy business that provides high-quality solutions for residential, commercial, and industrial customers. The company is hiring a dependable and well-organized office executive to help keep everyday office work running smoothly.
Role Overview
This position supports core administrative and documentation tasks, including billing, correspondence, records management, customer coordination, and office support activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Draft quotations, invoices, bills, and other routine office paperwork.
- Oversee day-to-day office administration and support general operations.
- Keep customer information, files, and project-related documents organized and up to date.
- Carry out accurate billing, data entry, and documentation work.
- Liaise with customers, vendors, and internal team members as needed.
- Respond to emails and phone calls, and manage follow-up tasks.
- Track office supplies and help maintain smooth office functioning.
- Assist in preparing reports and maintaining business records.
- Provide day-to-day operational support to the management team.
Required Skills
- Comfortable using computers with good typing speed.
- Hands-on knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, and basic office software.
- Prior exposure to billing, invoicing, and document handling.
- Strong planning, coordination, and time-management abilities.
- Clear communication in Hindi and basic English.
- High attention to detail and accuracy in routine work.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks independently.
Preferred Qualifications
- A graduate degree or an equivalent qualification is preferred.
- 1 to 3 years of experience in office administration, billing, or a similar role is preferred.
- Experience using Tally or GST billing tools will be an added advantage.
- Background in the solar, electrical, or construction sector is preferred but not compulsory.
