The Compensation and Benefits Analyst supports our global HR team by managing and maintaining integrity across compensation and benefits systems, including SuccessFactors, Market Pay, and JDX databases. This role involves analyzing data, processing vendor invoices, supporting benefits program administration, and improving related processes and documentation.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct market research and analyze compensation practices to benchmark salaries and evaluate job descriptions and pay structures.
- Maintain and update the job description database (JDX).
- Manage compensation survey entries and maintain Market Pay data.
- Ensure data accuracy within SuccessFactors and related systems.
- Update and publish compensation and benefits plan documents via ServiceNow.
- Process invoices for compensation and benefits vendors, ensuring timely payments.
- Support implementation and administration of new benefits programs and procedures.
- Assist with various projects within the Total Rewards function to meet business objectives.
- Provide backup support to Total Rewards team members as needed.
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of combined experience in compensation, pension, disability, or benefit administration.
- Progress toward a professional compensation or benefits designation is preferred.
- Ability to handle confidential information discreetly.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency with SuccessFactors and intermediate skills in MS Excel and Word, along with basic PowerPoint knowledge.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy, with the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively within a team.

Additional Information
This position offers hybrid work options, with two days per week onsite or fully remote depending on your location. The base salary ranges from $63,040 to $86,680, with eligibility for a 5% incentive tied to individual and company performance. Compensation may vary based on experience, skills, and location.
