Key Responsibilities
- Assist in carrying out essential company secretarial tasks to support effective governance, legal compliance, and regulation adherence within the Group.
- Maintain and update statutory records, registers, and share capital administration for the Group’s entities.
- Oversee filings with Companies House and the National Storage Mechanism.
- Prepare and publish routine announcements for the London Stock Exchange.
- Coordinate board and committee meetings, including agenda preparation and administration.
- Manage authorisation documents, such as signatory lists and power of attorney, and aid in insider dealing compliance procedures.
- Administer governance registers like Gifts and Hospitality and assist with annual reporting obligations.
- Stay informed on regulatory changes, track statutory filing deadlines, and work independently to meet company secretarial team objectives and corporate calendar deadlines.
What We Expect From You

- Previous experience supporting boards and governance activities is beneficial, along with familiarity with the Companies Act 2006 and the UK Corporate Governance Code.
