Role Overview

The Commi 2 position in Kurukshetra is a full-time, on-premise role assisting kitchen operations. Key duties include preparing basic food items, supporting senior culinary staff with mise en place, and executing simple cooking assignments. Responsibilities also involve keeping workstations clean, adhering strictly to hygiene and food safety protocols, and managing ingredient storage properly.

The Commi 2 will be involved in plating and portion control to maintain dish consistency, maintain effective kitchen communication, promptly complete tasks, and support the team especially during busy service times.
