About the Role
Join a dynamic team where relationship building, expert knowledge, and innovation fuel success. As a Commercial Client Manager, you will oversee a varied portfolio comprising both Agricultural and Commercial clients. Your role involves pinpointing growth opportunities, nurturing strategic alliances, and applying your insurance broking expertise. You will work collaboratively with clients, underwriters, and internal Aon teams to devise personalized strategies that foster client retention and long-term success.
Note: This position is a 12-month parental cover contract.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage servicing requirements for both Agricultural and Commercial clients.
- Identify and develop growth prospects within existing portfolios and new business channels.
- Deliver professional, precise, and timely responses to client inquiries, coordinating with external stakeholders.
- Prepare proposals tailored to new business prospects.
- Handle client renewals and calculate premiums accurately.
Qualifications and Experience
- Proven background in insurance broking with portfolio management experience.
- Proficiency in delivering exceptional client service with excellent communication skills.
- L5 Fire and General Qualification is mandatory.
- Highly developed organizational abilities and the capacity to manage several tasks simultaneously.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
