Role Overview

Key Duties
- Initiate phone contact with customers to remind and follow up on overdue payments.
- Discuss and agree on practical payment solutions suited to customers' situations.
- Address payment-related inquiries and resolve discrepancies with professionalism.
- Keep comprehensive and accurate records of customers' payment details.
- Consistently follow up to meet collection targets and deadlines.

Compensation
