About the Role
We are looking for a diligent Collection Executive to join our team in Mumbai. This position involves engaging customers to recover overdue loan or EMI payments by making outbound calls and negotiating repayment arrangements. Maintaining a professional demeanor throughout the collection process is essential, along with ensuring timely receipt of payments and accurate recording of payment details.
Responsibilities
- Initiate contact with customers to remind them of outstanding loan or EMI payments.
- Perform follow-ups via outbound phone calls to engage customers in repayment discussions.
- Negotiate and establish feasible repayment plans with customers to resolve dues.
- Guarantee punctual collection of outstanding amounts while upholding professional communication standards.
- Accurately update payment records and related information.
