CNC Lathe Operator

Role Overview

We are searching for an experienced CNC Lathe Operator who specializes in the setup, programming, and operation of Computer Numerical Control (CNC) lathe machinery to produce high-precision metal and plastic parts. This role involves interpreting technical blueprints, managing raw material loading, tooling installation, and conducting detailed quality inspections.

Key Responsibilities

• Translate engineering drawings and CAD/CAM designs into appropriate machining parameters, including speed, feed, and offset settings.
• Prepare machine setups by installing required tooling and securing raw materials in the lathe chuck.
• Operate CNC turning centers, typically with Fanuc control systems, carrying out processes such as boring, drilling, and threading.
• Perform precise measurements using micrometers, calipers, and gauges to verify adherence to tight tolerances.
• Execute regular maintenance routines on machines, identify and report mechanical faults, and replace any worn tooling to ensure continuous production flow.

Compensation Details

The position offers a monthly remuneration within the range of 15000 to 20000 INR.
