Role Overview
As a valued audiologist within Audika's professional team, you will independently deliver comprehensive hearing services to a diverse client base including Health Services Program (HSP), Department of Veterans' Affairs (DVA), private, and insurance patients. Your responsibilities will cover conducting hearing assessments, prescribing and fitting hearing devices, and consulting clients. You will have access to the latest hearing aid technology from multiple manufacturers, ensuring high quality client outcomes and job satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Carry out detailed adult hearing evaluations and provide wax removal services with training available if necessary.
- Perform accurate hearing assessments and provide appropriate diagnoses.
- Prescribe and fit hearing aids customized to the clients' individual requirements.
- Engage actively in local marketing initiatives to promote awareness of premium hearing care services.
Candidate Profile
- Experienced Audiologist or Audiometrist with a strong background in hearing health and device product knowledge.
- Qualified Professional with recognized accreditation and active membership in a professional audiology body.
- Committed to advancing knowledge and awareness of hearing health.
- Demonstrates commercial insight with a proven record of achieving or exceeding KPIs in a competitive environment.
- Excellent interpersonal and empathetic communication skills to effectively connect with clients.
