Role Summary

We are seeking a Client Marketing & Success Coordinator to join our Managed Marketing Services team. This position is ideal for an emerging marketing professional eager to deepen their knowledge in digital marketing, SaaS technologies, and client success management. The role involves supporting golf course clients to grow their business while becoming a trusted consultant for the PITCHcrm platform.

The candidate will handle marketing campaigns for a clientele ranging from 15 to 30 golf course clients, lead onboarding and training for new customers, and foster lasting relationships to maximize client success with our platform. You will have substantial autonomy and ownership over your work within a collaborative and expanding team, providing opportunities to contribute original ideas and observe the direct impact of your efforts.

Primary Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end marketing campaigns for about 15 to 30 golf course clients.
• Develop email marketing strategies and oversee deployment schedules.
• Create compelling social media content, promotional flyers, graphics, and other marketing materials.
• Engage with clients to understand their objectives, seasonal plans, and promotional activities.
• Conduct onboarding and training sessions to help clients adopt the PITCHcrm platform effectively.
• Maintain long-term relationships through ongoing communication, strategic advice, and support.
• Analyze campaign outcomes, suggesting improvements by leveraging data-driven insights.
• Utilize AI-powered tools to inspire campaign ideas, refine messaging, and enhance productivity.
• Balance multiple client priorities with strong organizational skills and personal accountability.
