About the role
This full-time position in Kochi (Edappally), Kerala, is for a results-focused client acquisition professional who can help grow subscription revenue for a SaaS platform. The role involves identifying prospects, reaching decision-makers, showcasing the product value, and turning interested leads into paying customers.

Key responsibilities
- Source new business leads through cold calls, email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, and other prospecting channels.
- Reach out to HR teams, hiring managers, recruiters, and business owners to present the platform’s offering.
- Assess a client’s hiring needs and suggest the most appropriate subscription plan.
- Arrange and deliver product demos and sales presentations.
- Stay in touch with prospects and move them through each stage of the sales funnel.
- Close qualified opportunities and work toward monthly revenue targets.
- Create and maintain strong relationships with both prospective and existing customers.
- Record client conversations and sales activity accurately in CRM systems.
- Work with internal teams to support smooth onboarding and a positive customer experience.
- Collect customer feedback and relay market observations to leadership.
- Keep track of hiring market trends and competing offerings.
Required profile
- A bachelor’s degree in any field is required.
- 1–5 years of experience in sales, business development, telemarketing, client engagement, or customer acquisition is expected.
- Strong spoken and written English communication skills are necessary.
- Good persuasion, negotiation, and relationship-management skills are important.
- Comfort with cold calling and other outbound sales tasks is needed.
- A goal-driven mindset with a proactive working style is preferred.
- Basic familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office tools is required.
- Ability to work independently and juggle multiple prospects at the same time is important.
- Prior exposure to SaaS, job portals, or subscription-led sales is preferred.
- Understanding of B2B selling and lead-generation methods will be an advantage.
- Experience working with HR or recruitment-focused clients is a plus.
