Job description

About shyftplan

shyftplan is an all-in-one workforce scheduling solution tailored for industrial clients. Our software simplifies complex personnel deployment, reduces costs, and actively engages employees. Collaborating with renowned industry leaders such as B. Braun, Omterra, and Haribo, we aim to become the market leader in Germany.

Following our investor Maguar's entry, a specialist in B2B software with 600 million euros in assets under management, and the recent acquisition of ScableOne, we are significantly expanding:

  • Building a comprehensive platform for factory workers including workforce management, shopfloor execution, skills development, and strategic personnel planning.

Role Overview

  • Work closely and trustfully with the CEO to develop and execute strategic initiatives across the company.
  • Prepare and contribute to investor communications, including board decks, reports, and participating in investor discussions.
  • Lead cross-departmental projects with high strategic importance independently.
  • Ensure smooth communication flows and uphold high quality standards throughout the organization.
  • Represent executive management on selected topics.

Candidate Profile

  • Completed studies in business administration plus several years (ideally 3-5+) of professional experience in startup/scale-up environments or consulting.
  • Strong analytical skills with demonstrated ability to make well-founded decisions in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
  • High personal initiative, entrepreneurial mindset, and a structured, solution-oriented approach.
  • Native-level German skills and fluent English proficiency.

What We Offer

  • Direct collaboration with the executive leadership team.
  • Diverse activities within a motivated, international team.
  • Modern office located in Berlin-Kreuzberg.
  • Regular team events such as go-karting and escape rooms, plus company lunches.
  • Multiple benefits including job ticket, mobility budget, and Urban Sports Club membership.
