About the Role

A top healthcare organisation in Singapore seeks a Chief Executive Officer to lead a significant growth and transformation phase. This position offers the opportunity to lead the organisation through expansion by activating four new sites and overseeing strategic operational growth from an established foundation. The CEO will manage full profit and loss responsibility while identifying opportunities for further development.

Key Responsibilities

• Direct the organisation through its next stage of expansion, transitioning from current operations to a larger network.
• Take personal ownership of commissioning four newly acquired Build-Own-Lease sites, ensuring projects are completed on schedule, within budget, and comply with regulations.
• Devise and implement long-term growth strategies by exploring new markets, healthcare verticals, and asset acquisitions beyond immediate targets.
• Lead the preparation and submission of highly competitive institutional and government tenders to secure additional contracts.
• Transform the Human Resources function by introducing modern performance management systems and data-driven recruitment processes.
• Audit and elevate corporate headquarters' operations by establishing clear accountability structures and eliminating operational silos.
• Lead the integration of clinical, HRIS, and accounting technology platforms, including AI solutions, to enhance network-wide efficiency.
• Ensure rapid achievement of targeted occupancy rates at new sites while maintaining strong cash flow margins.
• Collaborate closely with the Chairman and Board of Directors to provide transparent operational KPIs and updates on expansion and tender progress.
• Enforce cost discipline through efficient modernisation of corporate functions without raising overheads that could impact margins.

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate will have substantial expertise managing large healthcare or related-sector operations, with proven success overseeing multi-site entities handling significant volumes. They will possess a strong track record in business development, particularly in structuring and winning institutional bids, and have deep knowledge of change management for corporate and HR transformations. Financial expertise is critical, with ability to manage complex P&Ls while safeguarding margins during growth phases. Leadership style should blend collaborative, empathetic communication with decisiveness. Technological acumen for integrating enterprise systems is essential, as is strategic communication to boards and stakeholders. Required Qualifications and Experience

• Minimum 3-5 years’ experience as a primary operational leader (e.g., COO, Deputy CEO) running large multi-site networks.

• Strong financial management skills with the ability to protect margins during rapid expansion.
