Job Overview
Supermac's is inviting applications for full-time Catering Assistants at their Headford Town location in County Galway, Ireland, approximately 26 km from Galway City. Candidates must either live nearby or have reliable personal transportation, as public transport is unsuitable for commuting to this site. This position demands full availability beyond the summer season.
Role Responsibilities
- Deliver warm, friendly, and efficient customer service consistently.
- Perform duties across all operational areas (Supermac’s, Papa John's, SuperSubs, Mac’s Deli, Bewley’s Barista & Spar) in adherence to company safety and quality standards.
- Collaborate respectfully with team members and management to maintain smooth operations.
- Follow company protocols for food preparation, handling, and storage accurately.
- Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor on and off company premises.
- Support management initiatives aimed at attracting more customers and increasing daily sales.
- Handle cash according to specified management procedures.
- Be adaptable to operate in any part of the facility as required by the manager.
- Respond effectively to customer complaints and escalate when necessary.
- Keep customer areas, including lobbies and restrooms, clean and orderly at all times.
