Category Management & Product Development Lead

Role Overview

As the Category Management & Product Development Lead at nydo, you will be responsible for taking full ownership of the products we offer. Your mission is to expand our portfolio from sofas and armchairs into a comprehensive living-space brand. This role encompasses the entire product lifecycle, from initial concept through to prototype development, sampling, and final production.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with the founders, design team, operations department, and suppliers to uphold and evolve the nydo design language.
• Drive product quality improvements and cost management initiatives across new and existing product lines.
• Lead the introduction and launch of new product categories to diversify our offerings.
• Operate with a strong sense of ownership, maintaining a focus on rapid progress, clearly defined KPIs, and tangible business impact from the outset.

Additional Information

This is a hands-on position demanding high speed and effectiveness with visible outcomes. Working onsite in Frankfurt, Germany, you will be integral to shaping nydo's brand identity in living space products.
