Cashier

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Cashier with 2 to 4 years of experience in restaurant or quick service restaurant (QSR) settings to join our team in Delhi-NCR. The ideal candidate will be well-versed in handling various payment methods and delivering excellent customer service while managing cash and billing operations efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare customer bills and handle payments via cash, cards, UPI, and digital wallets.
• Open and close the cash register with precise cash reconciliation.
• Keep accurate daily records of cash transactions, POS activities, and payments received.
• Ensure billing accuracy while addressing any billing-related customer concerns.
• Liaise effectively with kitchen and service teams to facilitate smooth order processing.
• Maintain the cleanliness and orderliness of the billing station.
• Provide courteous assistance to customers with a professional demeanor and positive attitude.
• Adhere strictly to company-standard operating procedures (SOPs), billing protocols, and cash handling guidelines.
• Compile end-of-day sales and cash reports for management review.

Candidate Requirements

• Possess 2 to 4 years of cashier experience specifically in a restaurant or QSR environment.
• Demonstrated strong communication, customer service, and billing capabilities.
• Basic proficiency in computer usage and familiarity with POS (Point of Sale) systems.
• Exemplify honesty, discipline, neat grooming, and attention to detail.
• Capable of accurately managing cash transactions and performing under high-volume periods.
