Cart Attendant

Role Summary

The Cart Attendant position involves ensuring an excellent experience for customers through the maintenance and organization of shopping carts. Key responsibilities include collecting carts from parking areas, operating cart-moving equipment, and keeping carts clean and sanitary in all weather conditions.

Compensation Details

• Hourly wage ranges from $15 to $28, adhering to the minimum wage requirements for the location.
• Annual or quarterly performance-based incentives are provided.
• Additional premiums between $0.35 and $3.00 per hour may be paid depending on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed, with multiple premiums possible simultaneously.

Work Schedule

Full-time employment with available shifts including mid-shift and closing times.
